Compliance Executive


Methodist College is looking for a talented and committed individual who will manage the end-to-end process of all regulatory compliance initiatives and projects. Job Responsibilities:

  • To liaise with government bodies (i.e, MOHE, MQA, KDN) on matters pertaining to programme submission, renewals, accreditations, etc.
  • To maintain and update the programme database, and manage deadlines and re-approval periods.
  • To ensure all relevant correspondences and circulars (physical or online) from the government bodies are updated, kept in appropriate order, and ensuring appropriate dissemination of information.
  • To ensure all the requirements that are specified by the government bodies are complied.
  • To maintain and control records that meet the quality management systems.
  • To assist Compliance Manager in coordinating all activities if there is a compliance visit from government bodies.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in relevant fields.
  • Good knowledge of government bodies’ regulations, policies, and guidelines.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the education industry.
  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa and English.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
