You will support student admissions along with various other academic work. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to grow their skills and work on administration in the academic industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you will be doing:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Effectively perform all administrative functions related to admitting new students, progressing students and arranging for orientation for new intakes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly update student profiles, including student status, program status, subjects enrolled, and personal information and digitise student files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare student letters for various verification purposes and issuance of transcripts for university applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process scholarship, bursary, and financial aid applications, maintain comprehensive records and handle reimbursements to students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as the liaison officer for e-IPTS, Tracer Study, PTPTN loan, and EPF withdrawal, also updating the e-IPTS system to ensure the College\u2019s student data is up to date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who are we looking for?\u202f\u202f<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a Tertiary Education setting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diploma\/ Advanced Diploma \/ Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any field or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysian, and Mandarin, both written and spoken, is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A highly organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills and a trustworthy person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer literate with good IT skills and proficient in MS Office and MS Excel.cel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the above sounds like you, MCKL wants you!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drop in your CV at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:hr@mckl.edu.my\"><strong>hr@mckl.edu.my<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;to apply for these positions.\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) is looking for an Marketing Executive to support our Marketing &#038; Communications team with the daily operation activities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[13],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-10001","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-career","entry"],"acf":{"page_banner":false,"hide_page_banner":false},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
