This position is a contract role for 6 months. This role is key to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the day-to-day IT needs of the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Primary Role<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support hardware and software issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend to printer problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend to users\u2019 problems with their computer (notebook or desktop)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend to matters concerning the internet or the network<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend to software issues (Login, Microsoft 365, etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Secondary Role<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support &amp; manage AV equipment in the hall\/auditorium\/classrooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help set up for events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve issues faced by users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain AV equipment (making sure it is in working order)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage AV equipment (keeping inventory and plans to improve)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Requirement: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess at least knowledge or interest in Audio Visual (AV).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interest in computer hardware, which includes devices and networks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the above sounds like you, MCKL wants you!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drop in your CV at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:hr@mckl.edu.my\"><strong>hr@mckl.edu.my<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;to apply for these positions.\u202f<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Methodist College is looking for an IT Assistant to support our organisation&#8217;s technology infrastructure.
