If you are enthusiastic about inspiring and supporting students to achieve their fullest potential and have a genuine dedication to nurturing young minds, we would love to hear from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This position will be based at our main campus in <strong>Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What you will be doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Managing counter services, ensuring respectful assistance for all with a focus on student experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle communication with student, staff, parents, and other stakeholders through various platforms including email, WhatsApp, Parents Portal and Student Portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the preparation, printing and distribution of student identification cards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administer bookings and maintenance for campus facilities and stalls, resolve related issues promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with faculty advisor and student leaders to oversee and support the growth of student clubs and societies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing facilities, stalls booking and resolve related issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working closely with lecturer advisors in overseeing clubs and societies, as well as alongside the student leaders to provide them the best possible support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle a range of administrative tasks such as updating the Student Handbook and coordinating student surveys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager of Student Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or Diploma in a related field is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Female candidate with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be passionate about guiding and nurturing youth, particularly in the area of personal development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to gain transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, organisation, problem-solving, and time management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented, meticulous, analytical and good organisation and planning skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess good communication skills in oral and written in Malay and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the above sounds like you, MCKL wants you! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drop in your CV at <a href=\"mailto:hr@mckl.edu.my\">hr@mckl.edu.my<\/a> to apply for this position<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) is seeking a passionate and committed Student Affairs Executive for the Student Affairs Department.
