This role plays a key part in managing international student processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing excellent support to students throughout their study journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you enjoy working in a dynamic education environment and dealing with international stakeholders, this role is for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To support the effective management and operations of the International Office (IO) in compliance with Malaysian Immigration regulations, institutional policies and quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To enhance and provide International Student services, ensuring a smooth, positive experience from pre-arrival to post-completion stages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To build good rapport with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless operations and regulatory compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all student pass and visa-related processes, documentation and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the International Office Manager in daily operations and stakeholder coordination.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Requirement:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Management\/Administration\/Hospitality\/Psychology or Business or related fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 2\u20135 years of relevant experience in Higher Education Institutions\/International Office\/Student Services\/Registry Office is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of EMGS and Immigration procedures is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the above sounds like you, MCKL wants you!
