Jolin and Nara stood out for their creative approach and effective use of digital storytelling, delivering a compelling health message through engaging short-form video content.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mckl.edu.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Picture1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18187\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.5006151791050022;width:725px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Chan Jolin (4<sup>th<\/sup> from the right) and Nara Cinta Tjonnadi (3<sup>rd<\/sup> from the left) celebrate their Second-Place win in the IPT category of the \u201cSihat Itu Saya\u201d Health Video Competition during the Penang State World Health Day and World Physical Activity Day 2026 celebrations.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Real-World Learning in Action<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The competition formed part of an experiential learning initiative embedded within the Digital Business and Digital Marketing curriculum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through this project, students applied practical skills in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digital storytelling and content creation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social media engagement strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobile video production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategic communication in digital campaigns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Working within a one-minute format, Jolin and Nara developed a video centred on the theme <em>\u201cSihat Itu Saya\u201d<\/em> (\u201cHealth is Me\u201d), successfully combining creativity with concise, impactful messaging suited for today\u2019s fast-paced digital platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mckl.edu.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Picture2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18188\" style=\"width:258px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Official poster for the \u201cSihat Itu Saya\u201d Health Video Competition, held in conjunction with Penang State\u2019s World Health Day and World Physical Activity Day 2026 celebrations<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strong Teamwork and Academic Guidance<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout the process, both students demonstrated strong commitment, professionalism, and teamwork. Their work reflected a solid grasp of health communication principles, along with effective use of video editing tools and visual storytelling techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project was supported by structured academic mentorship, with guidance provided in concept development, storyboard planning, and production techniques aligned with industry practices. Continuous feedback throughout the process helped refine their work into a polished final submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Reflection of Outcome-Based Education<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This achievement highlights the effectiveness of an outcome-based and experiential learning approach within the Digital Business programme.
