{"id":9028,"date":"2024-03-22T11:54:28","date_gmt":"2024-03-22T03:54:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mckl.edu.my\/pykett\/?p=9028"},"modified":"2025-08-25T10:39:36","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T02:39:36","slug":"lecturer-full-time-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mckl.edu.my\/pykett\/2024\/03\/22\/lecturer-full-time-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Lecturer (Full-Time)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) looking for full-time lecturers, who are passionate and eager to bring out the best in our students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This position will be based at our campus in <strong>MCKL College (Penang, Pykett Campus).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"underline\">Vacancies Available<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FULL-TIME LECTURER&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Expertise \/ fields needed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pre-U Programmes:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Psychology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Economics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What you will be doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan and deliver the assigned modules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out invigilation duties during examination period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide guidance to students in their learning as and when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update and facilitate the development of academic resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Involve in professional development trainings (Workshop, Seminars and Trainings).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform the required administrative duties as and when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Constantly thinking out of the box to provide engaging and interactive teaching lessons for all students, always (both classroom and online teaching).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least a Bachelor\u2019s Degree holder in the expertise \/ fields needed as listed above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualified and possess prior experience in teaching programming related subjects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experienced in both classroom and online teaching.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creative in coming up with interactive teaching methods for both classroom and online teaching.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passionate in teaching and educating students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A great team player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the above sounds like you, MCKL wants you!<br>Drop-in your CV at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:hr@mckl.edu.my\"><strong>hr@mckl.edu.my<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;to apply for these positions.\u202f<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) looking for full-time lecturers, who are passionate and eager to bring out the best in our students.
