{"id":9490,"date":"2024-06-06T16:07:28","date_gmt":"2024-06-06T08:07:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mckl.edu.my\/pykett\/?p=9490"},"modified":"2025-04-22T10:30:49","modified_gmt":"2025-04-22T02:30:49","slug":"graphic-designer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mckl.edu.my\/pykett\/2024\/06\/06\/graphic-designer\/","title":{"rendered":"Junior Graphic Designer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to assist in creating visual assets across digital and print platforms and creating compelling designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What you will be&nbsp;doing:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create key art and design templates from scratch for various campaigns and initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adapt and resize designs for multiple formats, including social media posts, flyers, brochures and more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow brand guidelines and help ensure visual consistency across all design touchpoints on campus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design a variety of marketing materials, such as:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flyers, brochures and digital banners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social media graphics and video reels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Large format prints like wall stickers and stage backdrops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Branded merchandise (t-shirts, stationery) and office templates (e.g., PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Camera Raw and Photoshop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capture photos and videos for a variety of purposes, including headshots, event photos and interviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who are we looking for?\u202f<\/strong>\u202f&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are looking for someone who is:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Graphic Design or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diploma\/ Advanced Diploma \/ Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to travel for work when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a friendly and collaborative attitude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team player, meticulous, good interpersonal skills and effective time management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the above sounds like you, MCKL wants you!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drop in your CV at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:hr@mckl.edu.my\"><strong>hr@mckl.edu.my<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;to apply for these positions.\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) is looking for an Marketing Executive to support our Marketing &#038; Communications team with the daily operation activities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[13],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-9490","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-career","entry"],"acf":{"page_banner":false,"hide_page_banner":false},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
