Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) is looking for an Senior Executive to support our Marketing & Communications team with the daily operation activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you will be doing:  <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Oversee planning, developing, and implementing Marketing strategies and initiatives consistent with the College\u2019s vision, mission and core values and will increase student\u2019s enrolment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Oversee content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads for the MCKL, KL and Pykett campuses. Ensure the information on the College\u2019s website and social media page is updated promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Responsible for overall go-to-go-market strategies for group directions, marketing campaigns & launches, project management & market development activities for assigned market portfolios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Manage all creative resources, including designers, writers, and other agency personnel, to ideate content in various formats. (articles, videos, infographics, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. To ensure a smooth marketing operation and manage third-party partnerships and content collaboration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Manage and track A&P budgets and spending against overall content efforts to demonstrate effective allocation towards maximizing gains and reducing costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. To liase and coordinate with the Head of Departments, Student Affairs Unit, International Office and University Placement & Alumni Unit on marketing, advertising, and promotions as well as branding activities and events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. To assist in establishing and implementing short- and long-term marketing goals and objectives for the College; to identify and develop potential new target market segments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. To assist in preparing monthly, conducting market intelligence, research and analysis and establishing data tracking systems to evaluate various marketing activities and programmes to determine their effectiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. To perform other duties as and when assigned by the direct superior or the Management Team.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Who are we looking for?\u202f<\/strong>\u202f  <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. At least 3 \u2013 5 years of working experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Public Relations or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Experience within the education industry will be a plus point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding and campaign management.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
