The act of appreciating one’s effort can make a world of difference in their lives. In a workplace, it can improve morale, increase commitment, promote loyalty, and increase the productivity of employees.
Methodist College Kuala Lumpur understands this and hence, organised a Staff Appreciation Day on 15th November 2019 to honour long serving staff.
At this event, the staff of MCKL who has worked for 5 and 10 years were honoured for their work and dedication. Spearheaded by the Human Resources Office, the day was celebrated by a presentation of certificates and love gifts, followed by a sumptuous lunch. Joining us for this event were the MCKL Board of Governors.
They have made use of their God-given abilities and contributed to the various needs of the College.
