Meet Yie Jian Chee (Julian), 2nd Place Overall of the Boeing/WSU Aerospace Engineering Bronze Propeller Competition 2021
Congratulations to our ADTP MCKL alumni, Yie Jian Chee (Julian) for his latest accomplishment in the Boeing/WSU Aerospace Engineering Bronze Propeller Competition 2021.
The competition is annually hosted by the Wichita State University Aerospace Engineering department in collaboration with the Boeing Company. Fifteen (15) strong teams participated, twelve (12) undergraduates and two (2) high schools.
The competing teams designed and built an electric-powered aircraft to fly a challenging mission. Julian Chee and his team bagged the second prize with 32 points.
