Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) is looking for an Executive to support our Enrolment & Admissions team with the daily operation activities.
What will you be doing?
- To support and execute all activities related to enrolment, including admission registration, education fair, school fair, school visits and other relevant events.
- To provide relevant advice on educational opportunities, admission requirements, financial assistance and related matters to prospect and students.
- To generate regular reports on recruitment activities and administrative tasks related to student enrolment, such as filing, records, reports and etc.
- To demonstrate strong administration skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- To provide programme counselling sessions to prospective students/parents.
- To attend to all walk-ins, email enquiries and incoming calls/emails related to Enrolment & Admissions matters.
- To work closely with the Marketing & Communications Unit to develop promotional materials for the College.
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the direct superior or Senior Management Team.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in appropriate related discipline will be an added advantage.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of prior experience in course counselling, sales and marketing as well as promotional activities in the education industry are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must possess good communication skills for oral and written in Malay and English
- Must possess good communication in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Must be able to gain transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, organization, problem-solving and time management.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, analytical, good organization and planning skills.
