The Enrolment and Admission team in MCKL College (Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur) is looking for ambitious and result driven working professional to be part of this awesome team!
What will you be doing?
- To act as a first point of contact for all prospective students/parents who enquires about the programmes.
- Provide counselling to prospective students/parents.
- Follow-up on leads, course applications, enrollments, and payment.
- Work alongside the Management to achieve individual and overall team enrolment targets.
- Work closely with High Schools to organize school talks, workshops and activities.
- Attend and represent the College to attend Marketing fairs and roadshows.
- To support and execute all activities related to enrolment, including admission registration, education fair, school fair, school visits and other relevant events.
- To provide relevant advice on educational opportunities, admission requirements, financial assistance and related matters to prospects and students.
- To generate regular reports on recruitment activities and administrative tasks related to student enrolment, such as filing, records, reports etc.
- To demonstrate strong administration skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- To provide programme counselling session to prospective students/parents.
- To attend to all walk-ins, email enquiries and incoming calls/emails related to Enrolment & Admissions matters.
- To work closely with the Marketing & Communications Unit to develop promotional materials for the College.
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the direct superior or Senior Management Team.
Who are we looking for?
- Preferably a Bachelor Degree holder.
- Fluent in English – Verbal and Written.
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, as well as other local dialects will be an added advantage.
- Experienced in the area of student recruitment for Education Industry.
- Comfortable communicating with recruitment agencies, school teachers, students and parents on a frequent basis.
- Creative in solving problems , and a great team player.
- Has a valid driving license and willing to travel for school events, education fairs and other student recruitment activities.
- Willing to work on weekends.
- Willing to be posted to other state for work (when necessary).
- Result driven, ambitious to achieve the student enrolment target.
- Interested in pursuing a career in the education industry.
