The Annual Ball is one of MCKL Pykett’s most anticipated year-end traditions — a night where students dress up, celebrate milestones, and create memories that last a lifetime.
Held in an elegant setting, the event brings together graduating students, juniors, alumni, and staff for an evening filled with formal dining, entertainment, and recognition. Highlights include the Awards Night segment, honouring outstanding student achievements and contributions, followed by live performances, lucky draws, photo ops, and more — all thoughtfully organised by the student committee.
Beyond the glitz and glamour, the Annual Ball serves as a meaningful closing chapter for many, and a celebration of the friendships, growth, and unforgettable moments shared throughout the academic year.

Dress Code
GENTLEMEN
- No Jeans
- No T-shirts, Polo-T and Singlets
- No Shorts
- No Sandlas
- The shirt must be kept on
- No see-through and low-neckline clothes
Ladies
- Slits must not be higher than mid-thigh
- Cover using shawls/coats if wearing backless, sleeveless and/or spaghetti dresses
- Dresses must not be see-through
- No low-neckline dresses
- No cut-outs
- Short dresses must be at least to your mid-thigh
*Please adhere strictly to the dress code or a fine of RM 50 will be implemented
Rules and Regulations
- Please strictly adhere to the dress code above. If ignored, you will be required to pay a dress code fine or even be prohibited from entering the ball. No refund on tickets will be given.
- No prohibited items such as alcohol, cigarettes and vapes, gambling material, drugs of any kind and sharp objects such as penknives and scissors.
- Registration closes at 6 PM
- Best Dressed nominations close at 6.30 PM
- Tickets are single-admission and are non-transferable.
