Pre-University Excellence

MCKL is one of the earliest tertiary institutions in Malaysia to offer the Cambridge A-Level programme as an education pathway for school leavers to further their studies globally. Today, MCKL’s A-Level programme is known as one of the most affordable and internationally recognised pre-university qualifications.

This year’s graduating class attained an impressive 100% percent passing rate, with more than 50% of the class scoring a commendable 3As and above. In addition, 16 students were awarded the prestigious Excellence Award for achieving a remarkable CGPA of 3.70 or higher, with 20 students attaining 4As.

For Kaylene, the AUSMAT journey was a continuous stream of challenges. “I constantly felt there was not enough time to balance academics and extracurriculars,” she shared. “But I overcame the stress and pressure by doing my best and depending on God for the results. God was so good!”  She was also the recipient of the Datuk F R Bhupalan Award and Subject Prize Winner for Psychology, Mathematics Application, Human Biology, and English as Additional Language for ATAR Examination November 2024.
