Senior Executive, International Office


Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our International Office team. This role plays a key part in managing international student processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing excellent support to students throughout their study journey.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To support the effective management and operations of the International Office (IO) in compliance with Malaysian Immigration regulations, institutional policies and quality standards.
  2. To enhance and provide International Student services, ensuring a smooth, positive experience from pre-arrival to post-completion stages.
  3. To build good rapport with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless operations and regulatory compliance.
  4. To ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all student pass and visa-related processes, documentation and reporting.
  5. Support the International Office Manager in daily operations and stakeholder coordination.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Administration/Hospitality/Psychology or Business or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Higher Education Institutions/International Office/Student Services/Registry Office is required.
  • Knowledge of EMGS and Immigration procedures is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
