Dr Cheah Sin Chye

Academic Director, Tertiary Programme

Dr Cheah has over 30 years of experience in Malaysian education. He has taught at various education levels from secondary schools to postgraduate programmes. He is also privileged to teach at Jönköping University in Sweden. In addition to teaching, he has held administrative roles, such as Deputy Dean of a Business School and Director of the Post Graduate Center.

She has successfully led and developed programmes across a wide range of disciplines, including Business School curricula, Management Information Systems, American Transfer Programs, and Early Childhood Education.

Throughout her career, Dr. Chua has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering innovation in education, mentoring faculty, and driving initiatives that bridge academic excellence with industry-relevant skills.

Ts. Soo Lian Kei

Head of Department, Computing Programme

Ts. Soo Lian Kei is a professional Technologist registered with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT). He has experience supervising diploma and degree-level software projects and developing tech projects for an innovative lab, focusing on IoT, AI, and Data Science. He also serves as MBOT TTAC assessor, accrediting technology programmes.

Ts. Kalaiselvee Rethinam

Head of Deparment, Business Programme

Ts. Kalaiselvee Rethinam has 18 years of teaching experinece subjects related to Business and Information Systems. She has also 9 years of corporate experience in a government-linked company.

She is also a Certified Digital Transformation Professional. She is a Professional Technologist registered with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT). Her professional journey reflects a commitment to advancing knowledge in business and digitalisation, both through teaching and active participation in academic events.
