Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our International Office team. This role plays a key part in managing international student processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing excellent support to students throughout their study journey.

Job Responsibilities:
- To support the effective management and operations of the International Office (IO) in compliance with Malaysian Immigration regulations, institutional policies and quality standards.
- To enhance and provide International Student services, ensuring a smooth, positive experience from pre-arrival to post-completion stages.
- To build good rapport with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless operations and regulatory compliance.
- To ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all student pass and visa-related processes, documentation and reporting.
- Support the International Office Manager in daily operations and stakeholder coordination.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Administration/Hospitality/Psychology or Business or related fields.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Higher Education Institutions/International Office/Student Services/Registry Office is required.
- Knowledge of EMGS and Immigration procedures is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
