This talk aims to raise awareness on the dangers of sun exposure. Sun Exposure leads to skin damage like sunburn, hyper-pigmentation, photoaging and even skin cancers. According to the World Health Organisation, 80% of a person’s total lifetime sun exposure occurs before age 18. Therefore, it is important to raise awareness among teenagers of the dangers of UV radiation. One of the preventive measures to avoid sun damage is to apply sunscreen, but how does sunscreen work and how to choose the best sunscreen? Join the talk to find out more
