The Student Service team in MCKL College (Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur) is looking for ambitious and result-driven working professional to be part of this awesome team!
What will you be doing?
- Oversee the planning and execution of facilities operation arrangements to ensure a conducive and safe environment for all students.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the reporting superior and Senior Management Team.
Students Accommodation Unit
- Assist in supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the student accommodation facilities.
- Handle the check-in and check-out process for students, ensuring a seamless transition and providing necessary support and information.
- Maintain accurate records of student occupancy and assignments.
- Assist in organising and coordinating visits for prospective students and their parents, displaying accommodation facilities, and addressing inquiries.
- Support the sourcing, purchasing, and stocking of relevant products for repairs or replacements within the student accommodation.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels and maintained.
- Assist in the timely submission of all bills related to student accommodation operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial protocols.
- Organise and facilitate activities and initiatives to engage with students and foster a sense of community within MCKL (Methodist College Kuala Lumpur) Student Accommodation.
Students Affairs Unit
- Collaborate with the Student Affairs team to assist in overseeing student societies, providing logistical support and assistance as needed (4 societies to start with)
- Providing front counter service for any enquiries on student related matters.
Who are we looking for?
- Preferably a Bachelor Degree holder.
- Fluent in English – Verbal and Written.
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, as well as other local dialects will be an added advantage.
- Experienced in the area of student recruitment for Education Industry.
- Comfortable communicating with recruitment agencies, school teachers, students and parents on a frequent basis.
- Creative in solving problems , and a great team player.
- Has a valid driving license and willing to travel for school events, education fairs and other student recruitment activities.
- Willing to work on weekends.
- Willing to be posted to other state for work (when necessary).
- Result driven, ambitious to achieve the student enrolment target.
- Interested in pursuing a career in the education industry.
