Administrative Executive


Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) is looking for an Administrative Executive to support our Admissions & Records team with the daily operation activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To prepare official transcripts, certificates, student letters or other documents for verification of student status in the college for various purposes.
  • To coordinate and prepare documents and relevant data for regulatory authorities and compliance-related activities.
  • To create new staff files and files student’s documents received and archive old student records systematically to ensure fast and easy retrieval upon request.
  • Serve as the liaison officer for e-IPTS, Tracer Study, PTPTN loan, and EPF withdrawal, while also updating e-IPTS system to ensure the College’s student data is up to date.
  • Perform the set-up of modules in the College’s system.
  • To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the direct superior or the Senior Management Team.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and statistical methods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
