Quality Assurance Executive


Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) is looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to support our Governance & Quality Assurance team with the daily operation activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement quality control and quality assurance procedures/processes.
  • To manage the quality management system document control, ensuring proper version control, and maintaining an organised repository.
  • To plan and conduct internal quality audits for continuous improvement of the educational programmes and services.
  • Identify areas for improvement in academic and operational processes through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Develop and implement problem-solving strategies to address quality-related issues and enhance overall performance. 
  • Monitors Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and Continual Quality Improvement (CQI) action plans. 

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and statistical methods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
