A subject like mathematics is improved with practice through quizzes, exams and even competitions, to benchmark skills with other mathematics enthusiasts in the same vicinity or overseas. Events like the Kangaroo Math Competition brings students in primary, secondary and tertiary students from all over the world to test their proficiency in the subject, which is the main reason why 13 students from the Cambridge A Level and Australian Matriculation at Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) decided to partake in the world’s largest competition.

MCKL students successfully transfer to reputable global universities
For nine Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) students, the New Year will be an exhilarating time for them as they prepare for the next phase of their higher education journey in the United States and Australia. Through MCKL’s American Degree Transfer Program (ADTP), these students were accepted into the universities of their choice, bringing them one step closer to fulfilling their dreams.
MCKL students lauded as Outstanding Cambridge Learners Awards
Five students from the Cambridge A Level programme at Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) were recognised as outstanding performing learners in Malaysia, and globally, in the June 2022 examination series. In announcing the results, the students were honoured at the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards ceremony, hosted by the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) in Subang Jaya recently.
